Developers who want to see the localized IDE can follow these instructions:
1. Download and install B4J beta: www.b4x.com/b4j/files/beta.exe
2. Download the updated languages file: www.b4x.com/b4j/files/ide.lang (it is updated every few minutes)
Copy the lang file to the installation folder. You can now change languages under Tools - IDE Options.

It is possible that Windows copied it to the virtualized program files folder. Try to install the beta version under c:\b4j
There is no point in providing this feedback here. If you like you can join the translators group and change it directly.

Hhmm, i'm not sure....
Possibly some people have good feedback, better words, aren't 'blind' from doing 100 words in a row but still don't want to go through the proccess of getting involved.
Maybe there should be a place for them for fast feedback and quick suggestions.
Right point of view (however I asked to join the group).
I will say it differently, it is better to join the group and make the changes yourself than posting them here. Especially as the chances that the relevant translator will see the comment is not very high.
Joining is simple and once you joined it is really easy to make changes.

I saw only 785 rows.
Thanks to a formula (translated!!! Conta.Vuote - in English it shoud be: Count.Empty (?)), already deleted
, I can see only 13 empty cells (italian column).

Brazilian Portuguese translation 100% complete.
A couple of words have been left blank as there's no point in translating them, such as "Ok", and some tool names like "Visual Designer" (which would sound awful and meaningless in Portuguese).
Now I'm doing a context analysis over entire translation, using B4J Beta. Some adjustments are needed, as I supposed it would to be.
Back to work! Hands on!

Almost 200 entries for European Portuguese (Non-AO).
@Cableguy, if you wanna help, please let me know if you are AO or Non-AO, for the sake of consistency.
Trivia: "AO" refers to a Portuguese Language reform that was recently implemented. Most of (if not all) of the modifications make no sense at all (personal opinion).

The English phrases are the "keys". The total number of translatable phrases is currently 809, though it doesn't mean that all phrases need to be translated.
