Android Question bluetooth connect fail

I downloaded the simple code about bluetooth serial (ex.Android Bluetooth / BluetoothAdmin Tutorial) from commnuity and no modify to run.

But I can't conncet success by bluetooth and the error message is "LastException.Message = java.io.IOException: read failed, socket might closed or timeout, read ret: -1".

No matter what android device to PC or android device to android device that the bulit-in bluetooth connect is OK and file transfer is OK ,too.

Using B4A simple code to run conncet by bluetooth was wrong and message always is "LastException.Message = java.io.IOException: read failed, socket might closed or timeout, read ret: -1".

I understand this message is clear notice,but I don't know what can I do to slove the problem.

Please help me. I'm a rookie of B4A.

Maybe I have to do something before run B4A ?

My device:
model : asus padfone X
android version : 4.4.2
BT:4.0

I dont understand what you mean.

Don't using B4A's situation

bluetooth pairing success between two android devices and send & receive each other also OK...

Are you running the chat example on the two Android devices?

It only works if you first pair the devices?

On most devices you should see a pair dialog when you try to connect if they are not first paired.
