The screen outline in the Designer is only a guide and in many cases, especially if you are using anchors extensively, you can ignore it. But if this is not convenient then you can create a Variant - click on the "Variants" tab at the bottom of the Views Tree panel and then click on "New Variant". You can select one of the pre-defined sizes or set any size that you wish. Generally speaking, though, you should avoid designing a layout for one specific screen size.

Because the app is special and not public, I have to design the layout for many tables with different UI

What is the size of your tablet?
Have you tried click on the dropdown list and select for e.g
1. 10" Tablet ?
2. Match Connected Device ?

Because the app is special . . .
An app can be special in many different ways.
I have to design the layout for many tables with different UI
If you mean that you will need to change the screen layouts to adapt to different user situations then, I would expect, your app will have several Activities, each with a different screen layout or, in a B4XPages app, several pages, each loading its own layout (UI) for a different user requirement. Your app is not limited to having a single layout; you can create several layouts and load the one which best fits the user's situation, or switch between layouts.

I think that we might have a language/translation problem here.

1. You have not answered @aeric's question "What is the size of your tablet?". What is its size in inches (or cms), and in pixels?

2. I don't understand this comment . . .

Is your problem only about designing for a very large screen, or is it that you have a lot of tables that you need to fit on a single screen, or both of these, or - different problem - that you need to produce several separate screen layouts?

I am not sure whether your difficulty is that you do not know how to use some of the Designer features, or that you do not know how to design the user interface. In the second case you might have to change your system design before you start working on the interface design problem.
