Android Question Bridge not connecting

I have been browsing other threads about Bridge to no avail.
My mobile phone is visible but the message at the bottom switches between "Trying to connect" and "(HUAWEI MAR-LX1A): Connected"
I have tried with the Firewall disabled, and nothing happened. It's the same thing restarting both devices - PC & mobile phone.
Any suggestions?

I had been trying to connect without any project on B4A. At the time I loaded a project, it connected immediately.
