iOS Question Cannot access my Apple Developer account

Hi,
Has anybody got any suggestions - I am unable to access my Apple Developer account because my App user account (linked to the developer account) has been locked and cannot be used. Apple Development support suggested I contact Apple care to ask the to reactive the account.

BUT - Apple Care is unable to reactive my App user account (and I have a email to confirm this).

Any suggestions how I can link my developer account to another App user account.

It does appear to me that the developer support is handled by AI. If you ask the question like "My account is locked" they refer to the Apple ID specialists.

But if you go back stating that the specialist are unable to unlock (and provide proof in an attached email) they don't appear to take any notice of your explanation and simply point you back to the Apple ID specialist again.

I need to try to break this cycle - I will try a different question but basically the account is locked (and cannot be unblocked), so it needs to be moved to another Apple ID.

Keep you posted - unless anyone has any other suggestions.

The was exactly my response to Alex's suggestion but I did try it and got the follow reply

It would suggest answering the questions in the link provided directed me to the play console but I try to be general in my select. However, asking a question about Apple to Google must be a long shot.

I will try anything to get access to our developer account - Also it appears the Apple are no longer answering my support emails as the last one was sent about 4 days ago.

Still grateful for any more suggestions -

Thanks for the link, however I managed to talk the Apple Developer support via the Call back system. I talked to a Senior Advisor and he has passed the information onto the Engineering team (and confirmed it with an email).

The secret in this situation (which is suggested in your link) is to contact Apple through ANOTHER valid Apple ID - they appear to be suspicious if you use a locked out Apple ID.

Anyway will keep you all posted on progress.
