Android Question Can't change Application Icon in the IDE

Hoi,
i want to change the AppIcon (Project -> Choose Icon) in an App ;-)

But for some reasons the new icon i select wouldnt be displayed - i tried several (also from other working apps) but it wont work.

Reason for that at all: Google PLaystore tells me, that the app icon is not guilty (whatever that means).
Its (as usual) an 512x512 png with Alpha.

Any suggestions ?

Are you saying it doesn't display on your device, or it doesn't upload to the Playstore?

If it doesn't display on your device, have you made the Objects\Res folder read only?

Both - the reason for changing is, that Playstore tells me that ....
So i tried to change it to another icon...but was not displayed in the App.

The folder is RO...after chanig to RW it works
