Bug? can't get HMS push notifications

I can't get HMS push notifications while useing hms library since January 2023.
the post server response is {"_code": "80000000", "_msg": "Success", "_requestId": "167504671483711080030601"},
but the app can't get HMS push notifications.
The hms library seems not the latest version,so I'm afraid it will be affected.
I don't know if it shuld be updated.

It is because the strategy of Huawei , not HMS library. The library is OK now.
