like labels created by Designer, unless you refer to anchors, they only work when loading the layout into a "container".

Sorry, my English is not very good. What I was trying to do was change the "horizontal alignment" property of a label, programmatically (I know it as: At runtime).

Something like that

Label1.Typeface = Typeface.RIGHT

Best option is to add a reference to XUI library, declare the label as B4XView and then set the alignment with:

lbl.SetTextAlignment("CENTER", "RIGHT")
