iOS Question change top with code

Hi,
I created layout in b4i with lot of panel , …
Now I want to change the top and left panels with code.
But it doesn't change and left and top that are inside the designer will remain
Why?

2. You need to either change the position in the resize event or uncheck the "Handle Resize Event" option in the designer.
