Android Question Connecting B4A with Ms SQL Server

I was trying to run the tutorial example of Erel:

But when I try to test if the script were working by calling it from the browser gives me this error:
HTTP Error 404.3 - Not Found
You can not access the requested page due to the configuration of the extension. If the page is a script, add a driver. If the file should be uploaded, add a MIME assignment.

This means that RDC failed to connect to the database server. The JdbcUrl looks incorrect.

I still can't do the test to access the server from the browser.
Look how I have it and maybe you can see something I don't...

1. I start the server and get this. All good this far.

2. This is the name of my Ms Sql server and so on...

3. So this is my Config.Properties file

And get this..

4. And If I try this way..

like this guy..

I get this...

And on my browser I get this all the time after a few seconds..

Do you see something that could be given the error?
