B4J Question Copy and Paste Views in Visual Designer?

Hi All,

Is it possible to copy and paste [duplicate] views in the VD?
I have tried the usual ctrl C, RightClick etc on both the Views Tree and the Abstract Designer but no joy anywhere. Search came up with ziltch.

How are you copying. IE Select label in Abstract Designer and CtrlC?

right click on item > copy > paste then move copy off original

I had just found it when you answered.
It must be time for me to move away from the keyboard and go out into the daylight.

You can copy more than one control at a time , just drag over them to highlight the ones you want.
Also if you select many items, you can resize them all at once.

There's also a "Duplicate" feature that copies and pastes all at once.

It will not work if you are in "script mode" which is a read-only mode. Click on the properties grid to exit this mode.

Spot on, that is the mistake I was making.
I picked up on what I was doing wrong when sometimes copy would work and not work at other times.
