Android Question CustomListView

I use CustomListView
Loading lines goes very well
I modify a label of the line
I save it and I want to update the line
But it doesn't show up
In comment it is the tests that I made

Try add the following line at the end

 clvOpe.Refresh

clv.Refresh is only needed with lazy loading when you want to force the VisibleRangeChanged event to be raised.

It is hard to say why it doesn't work. Maybe the index is wrong.
