Is there a way to check whether a pen drive is connected to USBHost0 or USBHost1. I am using an embedded board called cubietruck that runs with Android OS and have root access to the device.

i need to do it directly within the app, so that i can transfer a file on the connected USB device

Once you understand how the USB devuce shows you will be able to do it programmatically.
