iOS Question error updating b4i from 2 to 4

i've updated the b4i core and compiling my app i received this error:

Are you using the hosted builder?

Create a new empty project and run it. Do you get the same error?

I'm using local builder (i've updated it)
With a new project no problems

You need to provide more information about the project. Which libraries are you using?

I've sent you a temporary id for the hosted builder. Does it work with it?

It was icontacts (i forgot it)
I just added
#MinVersion: 9
#PlistExtra:<key>NSContactsUsageDescription</key><string>Select a contact.</string>
