Android Question error when running avd manager

Hi,
I have made a cardgame using a phone and now I want to start the emulator and test it on a tabletsized screen. When I try to run AVD manager I get a question if I want to run android.bat. After pressing 'yes' I get the message 'an error occurred. No access'.

Anyone know what to do?

Don't use the emulator. Use a real device or a virtual machine such as Genymotion.
