Android Code Snippet File URI and URL

Hi all,

based on github XUI opensource code provided by Erel (see line 789):
https://github.com/AnywhereSoftware...wheresoftware/b4a/objects/B4XViewWrapper.java

and this code snippet provided by Erel:
https://www.b4x.com/android/forum/threads/printing-and-pdf-creation.76712/#content

I wrote these B4A Subs to get URI and URL of files:
B4X:
FileURI(Dir As String, FileName As String) As String
FileURL(Dir As String, FileName As String) As String
AssetFileURI(FileName As String) As String
AssetFileURL(FileName As String) As String
EncodeUrl(Url As String, CharSet As String) As String

The FileURI method is the same as XUI.FileUri, you can use it on projects where you plain to not include
XUI library, then I added the same for URL that is not url encoded.
Then I added the same methods just for Asset files, here just need to pass a FileName, you can obtain
the same results with FileURI and FileURL methods so they are just for semplicity.
Finally I added a EncodeUrl where I manually ensure to replace all '+' with '%20', you can hack here if
you want to change the return values in URI methods.

Here the code, I've attached a Zip demo project with a static code module URLUtils, you can use it as is,
or just copy the Subs you like or put inside a Class and create a small library helper.

Please notice me if there is something wrong in the code or you receive wrong return values.
The demo code depends on XUI, JavaObject, StringUtils
Feedbacks are welcome. Thanks
