Android Example GIF Movie Player

The attached project is an example using the XtraViews library.

If one of the classes in that library is called "MovieView" then let's play some animated GIF movies.

Note: Updated the sample to use the latest version of the library (1.1)

I just tested your sample in my Note3 and it works fine. All files are retrieved and played normally.

Weird!!, on my Galaxy tab doesn't work unless I add the GIF to assets, a buddy of mine also was unable to run the demo, interesting.

Just tested it on my Galaxy Note 8 and Note 10 and works fine as well. No clues.

The error is "Cant' Instantiate class, no empty constructor"?

Tested on Galaxy S4

Or, may be the API Level. Im runing Androind 4.4.2

Ivan, the sample is made with a previous version. The names have changed in 1.1

MovieView became MovieViewControl and a new class is introduced with a name MovieView that can be used with Activity.AddView

MovieViewControl

I am trying to move the MovieViewControl when my app to center it.

But everything I try and set .Top or .Left it image does not move?

Has anyone had this happen?
