Good evening to all,
there is the possibility to use graphical themes, frankly the objects that can be used are very basic ...
Is there any technique to create more attractive apps regarding the graphic part that seems to me very poor?

You set the limit ... by using "very basic" objects as you call them, you can really do many things.
