I think I am missing something here. DOS? Don't we have it with B4J console (Non-UI app)?

DOS only run on Windows. Better have something for terminal but is it really needed? We have so much RAM, CPU, Disk size nowadays. Or better is create a server which serve html with much prettier UI.
