This thread will be used to announce important messages related to the hosted mac builder.

Developers who are using this service should subscribe to this thread.

The builders SSL key was updated. The B4I certificate is no longer needed when using the hosted builders.

New "prefer secondary" option in the build server settings in v4.80:

The purpose of this option is to allow developers to switch to a different hosted builder machine. This is relevant in one specific case, a builder has failed and the failure was not recognized by the builders manager.

The builders are being updated to Xcode 11. Builder1 is already running Xcode 11.
The new dark mode is disabled by default.
Add this line to enable it:

Firebase SDK was updated. The PC libraries should be downloaded from: https://www.b4x.com/android/forum/threads/firebase-2-50-april-2020.116278/

If you are running iOS 14 beta then you should use builder1. If you are connected to builder2 then switch to the secondary builder as explained in post #3.

Both builders are now compatible with iOS 14.

There was an issue with both builders in the last couple of hours. Sorry for that.

I believe that that the source of the issue was found and fixed. The fix was applied to one of the servers and will later be applied to the second one.

Builder2 was updated to a much faster server. It is also located in Europe now. Builder1 is located in the US.

Compilation times measured in milliseconds, of the new builder. I guess that these are relateively small projects but it still looks good.

builder1 was updated. It is a new M1 Mac and should run faster.
It can take some time until the DNS cache updates the ip address (208.52.170.124).
You can help it with ipconfig /flushdns

Builder 1 was updated with Xcode 14.2. Builder 2 will be updated in a few days.
Builder 1 will be soon updated with Firebase v3.0.
