If you are meaning UPWORK then it provides a platform for you to register yourself and to "advertise" what you do or what you want. As I understand it there is an "account" which is where the client will pay/deposit funds - based on the contract between yourself and the client. What you're still possibly left with is the issue of the client not paying promptly. What the site suggests is that one works to landmarks and you don't more to the next landmark until the previous one is paid.

I presume you have looked a the is a page link i posted where they have advice on this side of things. i'll have another look later i did see some other things and post the links here if i find them.

basically, the whole thing is international and like navigating the wild oceans.
