how read the item in a customlistview

hallo at everyone
I've got a problem.
I need read the items in a customlistview.
In my project I fill the customlistview with some items where are possible change it, after that I need save items in a db.
how can I do it

clv.GetValue(n) returns the value assigned to the item in index n.

You can iterate over all the values and add them to a database.
