I'm experimenting a bit with geofences on iOS (related thread) and have a related question.
Looking at the related thread, Erel says:
As I understand it, this means that swipe-killing an app also removes all geofences the OS kept looking for. Reasonable, but how can we enable them again? Is it enough that the user manually launches the app, and the app registeres the geofences again?
(I do realize this question is somewhat easily testable, but I still wanted to see if somebody had been through it and could easily answer with certainty.)

Don't kill the app with a swipe as it will prevent it from being started
