Android Question Installation B4A bridge on an outdated device with Android 4.4 - SDK 19

I have a problem installing the B4a bridge on an old model of a Samsung tablet, after I did a factory reset. Now I can't access Google Play, so what alternative methods of installing the B4A bridge can you recommend?
