Label.Visible and FirstTime execution

Hello I'm from Brazil. Started to develop in VB.Net for a while now. I'm using Google Translator. I want a Label of my design is only visible in the first run of the application. But I can not because I can not "connect" to the label layout to the code activity. How can I do this?

Please to get Klaus's guide at Documention Tab ,I think you will understand about using B4A better. It's more usefully.
