Android Question Libraries manager

Help plz
Just download the latest B4a (v13).
Also downloaded an BLE example.
Doesn't compile because I'm missing a library - Fair enough.
Whoaaa - Wheres my library manager tab ?
Check path, Check library files are in there - Check.
Why havn't I got a library manager tab ?

In the IDE toolbar there is a "Windows" drop-down menu - the Library Manager is in that menu.
