Android Question Lock the toolbar (top of the screen)

Hello,

I am sorry if I don't name it correctly. I would like to know if it is possible to lock the toolbar which is on the top of the launcher's screen, please.

This because I have tried SmartLauncher and noticed it was able to hide this toolbar and unable access to it.

You can hide the status bar by setting the activity's attributes to #FullScreen: True and #IncludeTitle: False.

That action will hide the status bar as long as your app is running, it doesn't affect the whole system.
