Android Question Lost Console Link

Something happened to my computer which caused a loss of the link to the Developers Console where my apps are listed and accessible.. The solution is probably obvious, but please let me know how to get it back.

Was it a problem that will only ever happen for you, or one that might happen for other people too? It'd be nice to have a fix ready to go for the next person who trips over the same or similar problem.
