Android Question [Not SOLVED but not B4A related]Do you still see logs since V3.50 ?

Hi,

I am probably doing something wrong but I can't see any log entry since I upgraded. In the logs I only see
LogCat connected to: B4A-Bridge: Acer V370-355338055634245

I can not see any filtered logs. Any idea ?

Nothing has changed in the logs in v3.50. Are you testing it in Debug mode?

Yes I have done it in "Debug Legacy" mode. Thanks for the information. I now will try to reset the phone.

That was another killing update from Acer. I definitively hate those methods. Resetting to factory settings of course made the logs work properly.

I am "intermittently" not getting logs. However this occurred on 3.2 also.
I thought it was just something peculiar about my project but I'm now on the 4th project ,usually it's repeatable, the logs don't come through except the intents. eg "(Intent) Intent { act=android.intent.action.MAIN flg=0x20000000 cmp=b4a.example/.main }"
I'm using a wifi connection to my samsung galaxy camera which usually works just fine.
I will continue to monitor and advise if I find a solid trend

Are you testing it in debug mode? On Android 4.1+ the logs will only appear in debug mode (when connected with B4A-Bridge).

yes, using rapid debugger.

In that case I recommend you to switch to USB debugging.
