Android Question Print QRcodes Using a PC Windows Program

I would like to print and laminate QRcodes using a PC program. Does anyone know of a good barcode PC program that can generate and print on Avery labels and allow the import of data representing the QRcode from text files. I used MyLabels Premium a while back, but it only prints 1D barcodes.
Thank you for any clever ideas.

You can find several libraries for dot.net languages with sources on the net. May be also for java.

All I am looking for is an off-the-shelf program that can convert a text field for example: HUN0197 to a QRcode and then print it on for instance 3 columns by 10 rows on an Avery label sheet. The text field is imported from a text file.

I told about dll. So you need to write your software in vb.net or c#.

You can use my app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=mlc.ean13trial
You can draw, QR codes, EAN 13, Code 39, etc...
To print, you need to download the server to your PC.
It is designed to print on label printers, not avery.
I do not know if it will be useful for you.

or this one, only for QR codes: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=mlc.qr
Same print features

Thank you Miguel. I will definitely explore your app, particularly when it is coming from a B4A partner. in the meantime since I posted my thread, I already explored the below option:
Created an account with Avery which allows me to create templates for the QR Code. Their on line program has a feature to import the data from a text or Excel file. It works moderately well, but not terribly user friendly until you understand it well. I can print to a plain piece of paper or Avery labels on any type of printer.
If there are any other options anyone has and finds easy like the old My Labels Premium, I will explore them.

In the coming months I will try to modify the server in order to create different label templates, so that the user can print from the desired column and row.
I hope that my work allows me, to do so, ASAP.
