Android Question Reading notifications

Hi,

I wonder if it is possible to read Notifications and use the text in a B4A program? Basically I want to use third-party program called PushOver to send notifications, which will include data such as a Job Number, Address, etc to an Employees Android device and then for a B4A program to read the data in and use it.

Is this possible, and if so what would be the best way to go about it?

It is not possible to read the notifications (start from Android 4.3 there is an API that allows you to access the notifications).

Thanks Erel. My devices are running 4.3, so when you say there's an API to access the notifications, that means I should be ok to read the text in from them?

Currently there isn't a library for this feature. However it is possible to create such a library.
