Something like:

RefererUrl = http://somedomain.com/folder1/folder2/index.html
RelativeUrl = "../test.html"
--> AbsoluteUrl = http://somedomain.com/folder1/test.html

This code will correctly combine the two urls:

Log(RefererUrl.SubString2(0, RefererUrl.LastIndexOf("/") + 1) & RelativeUrl)
