iOS Code Snippet Replacement for standard "Map"

Hi,

This class can be used as a replacement for B4i-Map.
An advantage over the standard class is that all functions contained in the B4a map are also included here.
This class can of course also be used in B4a.

I recommend using B4XOrderedMap from B4XCollections, especially for non-small maps as your implementation complexity is O(n) for each operation.

The "B4XOrderedMap" can be used for new projects, but it doesn't make sense for existing B4a projects, where the standard "Map" is used - after all, you want to use as much B4a code in B4i as possible.
