That looks like graphics card driver issues to me.

Tested in win 10 X64 and it worked as expected.

may be, some hardware issue.

Which version of B4J are you using?

5.51 - just installed two days ago.
This is running on a plain vanilla HP Laptop that is about 3 years old and it has all the latest updates but it is connected to two other monitors.
Just to be clear, I just running the program, then grabbing it by the corner and resizing.
But if it is just my laptop I won't worry about it.
I have a new clean Win 10 I haven't even configured yet. I will boot it up and see what happens there.

Works fine here too. 5 year old Samsung laptop, 2 external monitors.
