B4R Question rESP32SimpleBLE Not able to Include at the Library

I am following @Erel link for rESP32SimpleBLE library https://www.b4x.com/android/forum/threads/resp32simpleble-esp32-ble.93287/#content

But when I am trying to include the library it is not coming up at the Library List.

My additional liab configuration as below

I found that xml files are missing at the Library.
Is that is the reason? Please advice
