can i run b4j app on vps?
windows server vps ?
my app is ui app and contain forms and views and sqllite database

UI apps are desktop apps. You can run it on any computer with Java installed and with a desktop environment.
If you want to allow clients to access your app from their browsers then you should use jServer to build a server solution.
