Wish Scintilla for Java Custom Control

Jintilla are on github and have Javacode for the Scintilla. To have it as a Custom Control would be great for software like B4J Notes.

There are several possible issues with this library:

1. It's GPL licensed which means that your project will also need to be GPL.
2. It is based on Swing rather than JavaFX.
3. The last update was 3 years ago.
