Android Question Screen capture in video mode?

Is it possible, or a library already exist?

To record another animated app or any video on the screen and save it to mp4 or any other video
format.. It will be identical to the current screen capture but it can also record whatever animated on
the screen with start-stop buttons.

It is not possible. Programmatically you can only take a partial screenshot of your app.
