Android Question Scrollview problem: slow down scroll

Hello everybody.
I have a problem with the scrollview adding more than 6/7 elements it all slows down the scroll and also the app gives us a solution to this problem

You should use xCLV.

There is no reason for 6-7 items to slow down the scrolling. Please upload a small project that demonstrates it.
