Android Question Sending Photo To Telegram Api

Hello guys i am new in B4A Programming
and i want to send a photo using telegram api to telegram bot
i tried many ways such as multipart/form-data and smmtelebot library but they are not working
i purchased the Amir_Retrofit But i don't know how to send that request with it
is there any one to help me please?
