Wish TODO List OR Text File

Hi Erel,
it would be very useful for me (and also for others), to manage a TODO list in IDE.
I know it has been requested before...
If not possible, is there a way to edit text files in the IDE (without opening external editors)?

CTRL-F, Enter #todo and you´ll get all lines with the keyword
