Turn on just the flash

Hello

I tried turning on the flash so that when scanning a barcode with b4aXZing at night the code would be visible. I tried using advanced camera but that requires turning on the camera inside a panel too.

What's the solution for turning on/off just the flash?

Just hide the camera panel

panel.visible = false

What about a more 'clean' solution? To act directly on the flash without directing the camera to a panel.

I'm using thats method with CameraEx Class and look 'clean'

I'd rather not add views just to hide them, I was asking if there is a method to act just on the flash itself. If someone knows how to do this please share... Thank you!

I tried to combine CameraEx with Zxing scanner library but it failed because the camera was occupied by CameraEx. Anybody have a solution?

This is exactly why I was asking about turning on just the flash! Having another panel with the camera content on would not work when the Zxing scanner is already working since the camera is already on. This would be the requirement.

Yes. You can turn on the flash with CameraEx class.
