Android Question Update only DB

Example: I have an app on market. If i changed smthg (not app code) in my sqlite DB (add, remove records) how to update only DB with my app so users have latest DB?

There are all kinds of ways to update the app data.

You can release a new version with the updated database.
Your app can download a new database from an online server.

It is however not possible to update a single file in an app without releasing a new version.
