Wish Using java project

Hi, I'm not very familiar with java and still very fresh with Android and B4X, especially using whole project. I'm trying to talk with truck tachograph. I found project https://github.com/Velli20/Tachograph for Android.
Can somebody show example how to use or convert this to B4X please?
