No. Maybe you havent fully submitted it for Review or they've asked further questions waiting for an answer from you.
These are the emails you will get:
Developer Action
1. Uploaded build email
2. Completed Processing email (At this point the build will appear, you have to select build and then submit)
APPSTORE Action
3. Ready for Review Email (At this point it takes few hours to couple of days to move to next stage)
4. Waiting for Review
5. In Review
6. Submission Complete (Distribution / Error - For you to review either by answering some questions if its about policy or submitting new build if its about bug/crashes - this will come with detailed information and screenshot and testing devices)
7. Ready for Distribution
These are the emails you will get:
