Bug? Windowstate/monitor location not remembered

After the update to V3.80, the IDE no longer remembers the monitor it was last opened on. So, If i move the application to monitor 2, and close it, it will re-open back on monitor 1. instead of monitor two.

I'm unable to reproduce it.

This issue is tracked. It is considered a minor issue.
