Wish: Show %x, %y in designer then we can use in design script

It would be helpful for me it there is the way to show %x and %y of each control/view's location and size in Designer then I can use it in Design Script for multiple screen size support.

Feel free to let me know if you need more clarification as English is my second language.

Or please suggest me if there is any workaround to do so.

I don't think that these values are really important. They can easily be misused.
