I want to import automatically an xls file into sqlite. The xls file is stocked in a cloud.
is it possible ?

Yes it is possible. Several ways to do this:

1. Download the file to the device and use the Excel Library.
2. If your XLS file is on Google Drive you can use the Google Sheets API
3. If your XLS file is on Microsoft OneDrive you can use the Microsoft Graph API

Option 1 is the simplest even if you are using Google or MS cloud storage
