Android Question b4a version 7 and googlemaps

I have b4a version 7 and I try to use googlemaps.
when running the example of this link

this error happens
Maven artifact not found: com.google.android.gms / play-services-maps

any idea why the error?

setting targetsdk to only 14? I would always use 19 to 22 here...
