Damn..... There's a lot of stuff releasing in November. B4i, LBP3 (LittleBigPlanet 3), and the first DLC pack for Mario Kart 8.


That iAdMod (LOL at the name) library looks awesome! Is there a AdMob library for Android?

B4A will soon celebrate 4 years. It will take time for B4i to reach the same level.

However many of the improvements done along the years to B4A are immediately available in B4i as they are both based on the same IDE and debugger.

Yes.

You will not be able to load B4A layout files in a B4i project. The layout is made of native views and the views are different.

The Excel library is currently not available in B4i.

You can also save and load CSV files with iStringUtils.

Will there be support for user made libraries in the first version?

Do you mean Objective C libraries or compiling B4i project to a library? The former is possible.

Note that getting started with Objective C and Xcode is more difficult compared to Eclipse / Java.

I am thinking more along the lines of Swift libraries I have found programming back and forth between Objective C / Swift / Java a bit easy (besides some nuances, it's mainly syntax sugar). But I can see how it can be difficult for those (not you), who works mainly with basic languages. <-- I did that long ago.

Now..... The big question is: Will you merge all of your IDEs into one? It would be really interesting.

Another question: Could you change the interface type to MDI? I'm not sure if you know how to do it with tabs, but here's a link anyway. (I've never seen an app that has an MDI interface in tabs.)
